Please safeguard your E-Gift Card number. The bearer is responsible for its loss or theft.
If your E-Gift Card is lost or stolen, and you have proof of purchase, we will issue you a replacement for the balance shown on our records. Your E-Gift Card number is required for all inquiries.

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us since we have multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that stock may run out after your order has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order when it's been 30 days since you purchased it.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
