SHIPPING
Processing & Production time is typically 1-2 days (excluding busy holiday season where it may take up to 5). All items ship from the United States and come with USPS tracking information. Shipping within the US typically takes about 2-5 business days.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wash item inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, do not iron directly on the design. Tumble dry low.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns. Each item is hand crafted and being made-to-order for you. The only exception to this on a case by case basis is if your order is somehow damaged or not the item you ordered, if this is the case please send us a message directly and we can work through the problems and ensure you are a happy customer.

Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It is not managed entirely by us since we're involved with several organizations, such as the factory and our storage. Stocks can be changed at any moment. Be aware that it's possible for your order to be out of stock after you've placed your order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We are unable to exchange or refund your order after 30 days since you purchased it.
The item must not be used and in the original packaging. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
