SHIPPING
Processing & Production time is typically 1-2 days (excluding busy holiday season where it may take up to 5). All items ship from the United States and come with USPS tracking information. Shipping within the US typically takes about 2-5 business days.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wash item inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, do not iron directly on the design. Tumble dry low.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns. Each item is hand crafted and being made-to-order for you. The only exception to this on a case by case basis is if your order is somehow damaged or not the item you ordered, if this is the case please send us a message directly and we can work through the problems and ensure you are a happy customer.

Returns
The stock is constantly changing and not fully managed by us because of the involvement of several different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any point. It's possible that you may not receive your purchase after the order has been made.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we're not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
The item must not be in use and must be in its original condition. It should also be in the original packaging.
